The League Kitchen & Tavern in Bee Cave, TX is hiring Restaurant Kitchen Managers to lead back-of-house operations in a vintage-inspired venue. The role requires 2+ years as Kitchen/Restaurant Manager or Head Chef, plus familiarity with Aloha/Toast, strong math and reporting, and a customer-service mindset.

Salary starts at $65k to $70k per year, based on experience, with medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, and a leadership development program as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude and team leadership.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams and assist in managing staff.
• Collaborate with assistant managers to oversee daily operations.
• Ensure smooth service during openings and peak hours.
