The League Kitchen & Tavern in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the FOH and BOH. You will uphold guest service standards and ensure food quality while optimizing labor and costs.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in hospitality leadership, familiarity with Aloha or Toast, strong math and reporting skills, and a proven ability to motivate teams and deliver a memorable dining experience. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality leadership.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong math and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented and team focused.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.
