Responsibilities

• Maintain department standards and budget to ensure proper management.
• Monitor food purchasing, staffing, production and inventory to control costs and waste.
• Hire, train, motivate, and manage staff to meet objectives.
• Monitor food preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Inspect kitchen areas and implement corrective actions to meet standards.
• Analyze food costs with the Chef and forecast trends to adjust menu pricing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
