• Plans, prepares, cooks and serves nutritional meals according to guidelines and schedules.
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area; ensures safe food handling.
• Assigns, instructs, and monitors work of kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared as planned.
