Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Two years of cooking experience for large groups with some leadership experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience accepted.

Responsabilités

• Plans, leads, and participates in day-to-day food services operations; trains staff and ensures policy compliance.
• Cooks and prepares various foods and beverages for events and programs using kitchen equipment.
• Ensures adequate food quantity and timely preparation according to schedules.
• Maintains positive, professional relations with members and visitors as a Salvation Army representative.
• Serves meals and beverages neatly; prepares plates for those needing assistance.
• Maintains inventory and cleanliness of kitchen supplies and equipment; notifies supervisor of low stock.
• Sets tables and buffet lines for self-service events.
