Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated refrigeration technician to maintain and repair all refrigeration and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities include addressing repairs promptly, reading schematics, and ensuring health-code compliant operations. Requires a High School diploma or GED, EPA refrigeration certification within 90 days, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA approved Refrigeration Practices certification (Universal Certification Card within 90 days of employment).
• One year maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Familiar with high and low voltage controls.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely repairs on domestic, commercial and industrial kitchen equipment.
• Maintain refrigeration equipment including compressors, evaporators, and refrigerant leaks.
• Read schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting on mechanical equipment.
• Keep logs and maintain a safe, compliant work area.
