Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated refrigeration technician to maintain and repair all refrigeration and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities include addressing repairs promptly, reading schematics, and ensuring health-code compliant operations. Requires a High School diploma or GED, EPA refrigeration certification within 90 days, and at least one year of relevant experience.

High School diploma or GED required. EPA approved “Proper Refrigeration Practices” (Universal Certification Card within 90 days of employment). One year maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as technical journals, policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations.

The Team Member is frequently required to work in confined areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. When on the casino floor, the Team Member will be exposed to a smoke-filled environment.
