• Supervises assigned staff, including interviewing, coaching, orientation, evaluation, and training.
• Monitors day-to-day operations to ensure consistent quality of service.
• Participates on teams, committees, and special projects within and outside the organization.
• Maintains a department staffing plan and on-call coverage to meet needs.
