Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical assessment of transplant patients across all care phases.
• Coordinate pre-transplant evaluations and donor/recipient communication.
• Educate patients and families about transplantation and organ donation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation per CMS/UNOS.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
