Job summary

LCMC Health seeks an experienced Transplant Coordinator to oversee pre/post-transplant care coordination and support the Transplant Manager. You will supervise Coordinators, interview, coach, orient, evaluate, and train staff within guidelines while ensuring high-quality service across the department.

In this role you will monitor day-to-day operations, develop staffing plans, participate in teams and committees, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in clinical area of assignment preferred.
• Current Louisiana RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates care for pre/post-transplant recipients.
• Supervises transplant coordinators, including interviewing, coaching, orientation, evaluation, and training.
• Maintains a department staffing plan and on-call coverage.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participates on teams, committees, and special projects.
