Job summary

ZEISS Group in the United States is seeking an Account Manager, Life Sciences to drive consultative sales and solutions in academic, pharma and biotech environments.

You will lead end-to-end opportunities using the ZEISS Selling Process, manage a robust CRM pipeline, travel domestically and internationally as needed, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers while meeting territory targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Bioengineering.
• Experience in Life Sciences sales or technical sales preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers within 24 hours on leads from business development.
• Qualify leads and advance opportunities using ZSP and Challenger methodologies.
• Demonstrate technical competency during product demonstrations and discussions.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
