DHL eCommerce is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to gain and maintain new accounts by developing sales, service strategies, and solutions that meet plans. You will work with General Managers, cross-unit partners, and senior management in a remote US setting.

The role emphasizes retention, renewals, and profitability, partnering with Solutions Engineers, Client Relationship Managers, and Implementation Managers to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred or related work experience.
• 7 years related sales experience calling on accounts.
• Parcel, ecommerce, and logistics experience required.
• Experience with sales activity reporting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts following transition; ensure continuity in service.
• Develop account plans focused on retention, growth and profitability.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
• Lead regular business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Serve as the primary Sales contact for assigned customers.
• Negotiate renewals and pricing with profitability in mind.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth.
