Job summary

DHL eCommerce is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will acquire new business and develop strategic customer relationships within the assigned territory, building and converting a qualified pipeline and negotiating commercial terms.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to win new business, onboard clients smoothly, and expand DHL eCommerce’s market position across product offerings. Competitive pay and commission accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred; related work experience considered.
• 7 years of related sales experience calling on accounts.
• Parcel, ecommerce, and logistics experience required.
• Experience with sales activity reporting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & pipeline generation to build a qualified pipeline of high-value prospects.
• Market development through research, partnerships, and cross-unit collaboration.
• Architect deal structures and lead pricing/contract negotiations.
• Close deals and ensure structured handoffs to account management and implementation.
