Job summary

Sunbit, Inc. is expanding its Account Management team in the auto vertical. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll partner with dealership service centers to maximize Sunbit adoption, revenue, and customer value.

You’ll build strong relationships with Fixed Ops leaders, translate insights into action, and drive month-over-month growth across multiple locations. You’ll be responsible for data-driven performance reviews, quarterly business updates, and ongoing coaching to service teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field sales or account management experience, ideally with automotive dealerships or Fixed Ops environments.
• Proven ability to coach teams and implement scalable processes.
• Strong business and financial analysis skills for evaluating performance and opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of auto dealership service centers to grow Sunbit utilization and revenue.
• Build relationships with Fixed Ops leaders to align Sunbit with workflows.
• Analyze performance data to identify adoption gaps and opportunities for coaching.
• Set monthly Sunbit usage goals with dealership leadership and service advisors.
