Job summary

Sunbit is expanding its Account Management team in the Charlotte/Raleigh area. As a Key Account Manager, you will own a defined book of dental practices, acting as the strategic driver of growth and adoption of Sunbit’s financing solutions.

This role is consultative, not cold-calling, requiring deep practice knowledge and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will travel 50%+ to visit DSOs, dental offices, and partners, using data to optimize performance,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field sales, account management, or dental/healthcare consulting.
• 3+ years managing a territory and book of business across dental practices/DSOs.
• Proven track record of growing accounts via relationships, training, and data-driven discussions.
• Experience coaching staff and managers in a workflow- or tech-enabled environment.
• Strong business acumen with comfort in performance metrics and revenue planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident leading trainings and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined book of dental practices across DSOs, driving Sunbit adoption and loan volume.
• Build trusted relationships with decision makers (owners, DSOs, managers) to enable growth.
• Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews using practice data to plan for growth.
• Deliver high-impact training to improve financial presentations and Sunbit workflows.
• Collaborate with Partner Success, Training, Marketing, and Operations to support performance and territory strategies.
• Execute territory plans including routing, segmentation, and account prioritization.
• Maintain CRM discipline to support forecasting and visibility.
• Share market insights with leadership to shape product and GTM strategy.
• Represent Sunbit professionally to help practices serve more patients.
