Job summary

Sunbit is seeking a hands-on Key Account Manager in the San Francisco area to partner with dealership service centers and maximize Sunbit adoption. You will focus on expanding usage, strengthening Fixed Ops relationships, and driving month-over-month growth in Sunbit utilization.

You will analyze performance data, set goals with leadership, and deliver quarterly business reviews to demonstrate ROI and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field sales or account management experience, ideally with automotive dealerships or Fixed Ops environments.
• Proven ability to coach teams and implement processes, especially when introducing or scaling technology solutions.
• Strong business and financial analysis skills with the ability to assess performance and execute data-driven plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of auto dealership service centers to drive growth in Sunbit utilization.
• Build relationships with Fixed Ops leaders and align Sunbit to their operational needs.
• Analyze performance and revenue data to identify usage trends and gaps for coaching.
• Set monthly goals with dealership leadership and service advisors; align Sunbit usage expectations.
• Deliver data-driven QBRs highlighting performance, ROI, adoption trends, and action steps.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to execute growth strategies and ensure multi-location performance.
• Track all account activity in CRM to maintain accuracy and visibility.
• Provide actionable feedback to internal teams on partner needs and trends.
• Support service centers with ongoing training and coaching on Sunbit presents and best practices.
