Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Senior Key Account Executive for Albertsons West to build and strengthen strategic customer relationships across divisions in AZ, CA and Texas. The role focuses on accelerating sales growth, expanding distribution, and collaborating with Field Operations teams to drive profitable results.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in consumer products sales, with experience managing multiple channels and strong analytics.

Qualifications

7+ years proven sales experience in consumer products goods with direct account responsibility.
Experience selling to and managing multiple channels.
3+ years' experience utilizing syndicated data; strong written and oral communication skills.
Experience developing and managing sales plans.
Experience with DTW, Master Distributors, and DSD delivery systems.
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Build brand equity and profitably increase sales on assigned brands with retailers in area.
Achieve sales quota through distribution, merchandising and space improvements.
Build strategic partnerships with customers via intercompany and customer initiatives (AOP/JBP/OGSM).
Leverage Utz solutions to meet customer needs via DTW and DSD.
Plan investments and forecasts using BluePlanner; deliver trade budget.
Identify opportunities to expand distribution and drive incremental sales and profit.
