Amplify seeks a Senior Account Executive for the South Bay and Central Coast of California to drive revenue and serve as a strategic specialist on Amplify's solutions. This role requires independent territory management, strategic planning, and strong district relationship-building across public schools.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate sales expertise, sound business judgment, and contribute to organizational strategy within the K-12 education sector.

Qualifications

• Resides within the assigned territory in California.
• 6+ years of successful direct K-12 sales experience in California.
• Willing to travel 60-70% within the territory.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to win district-wide core adoptions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual territory plan.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
• Conduct discovery, present solutions, and close deals.
• Build relationships with district decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and align with marketing and product teams.
• Mentor new AEs.
