Job summary

Lake Travis Independent School District is seeking aSenior Construction Project Manager to lead district bond projects, oversee planning, design, budgeting, and scheduling from inception through close-out. This role requires coordinating CSP, CMAR, and JOC procurement with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with codes and district standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design or a related field.
Minimum of fifteen years of architectural design or project management and construction administration experience.
Minimum of ten years supervisory or consultant management experience preferred.
Experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, construction, budgeting, scheduling, and close-out of district projects.
Coordinate CSP, CMAR, and JOC procurement processes.
Oversee contract documents, submittals, and payment applications for compliance.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and expenditures to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with local, state, and federal authorities and consultants; supervise CM/ARCH teams.
Ensure compliance with district policies, codes, and safety regulations.
