Job summary

Arlington Independent School District is seeking a Project Manager for the District Office to oversee construction projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate with district staff, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and timely delivery within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of project management, CAD/MS Project experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities planning, architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• TASBO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT: Works cooperatively with district staff to develop project design and scope within budget.
• SCHOOL/ORGANIZATION CLIMATE: Maintains safety and monitors progress on construction sites.
• ADMINISTRATION AND FISCAL/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT: Coordinates design teams and construction documents; tracks budgets and schedules.
• STUDENT MANAGEMENT: Plans facilities projects to meet district needs.
• PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT: Communicates professionally and stays current with facilities best practices.
