Job summary

MDHHS is seeking a Senior Juvenile Justice Reform Analyst to develop and oversee statewide reform implementation. The role involves research and development for community and residential services and treatment, in consultation with public/private Juvenile Justice facilities and programs, and evaluating best practices to inform reforms.

Responsibilities include coordinating workgroups, serving as a content expert, researching grant opportunities, and supporting staff development and evaluation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of professional experience, including one year at the P11 level.
