Job summary

The Judicial Council of California seeks a Supervising Analyst to provide statewide leadership over multidisciplinary education, program operations, and grant-funded initiatives serving courts, officers, and justice-system partners.

You will supervise staff, oversee major statewide training programs, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements while advancing behavioral health priorities across California’s court system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of analytical or managerial experience, including one year of supervisory.
• Experience in grant administration and compliance, including federal/state requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with judicial officers, staff, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide leadership for multidisciplinary education and training across California's courts.
• Provide supervisory and program management oversight for grant-funded initiatives, ensuring fiscal stewardship and compliance.
• Oversee unit operations and ensure clear, timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor program performance and analyze statewide trends to guide improvements.
• Collaborate with Supervising Attorneys to update legal guides, curricula, and JCART content.
• Coordinate staffing, timelines, and grant documentation for SAFG, CASA, IV-E, and CIP programs.
