Job summary

MDHHS is seeking a Senior Juvenile Justice Reform Analyst to develop and oversee juvenile justice reform implementation across the state of Michigan. The role includes research and development for services, consultation with Juvenile Justice facilities, and evaluating best practices for reforms.

Responsibilities include contributing to workgroups, content expertise, and identifying grant opportunities to advance reform efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major required.
• Master’s degree in any major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee juvenile justice reform implementation statewide.
• Conduct research and development for community and residential services and treatment in consultation to public/private Juvenile Justice facilities and programs.
• Assist with workgroups, evaluate best practices to incorporate into reforms, and provide content expert input.
• Identify and research grant opportunities to support reform efforts.
