Strong ability to interpret support case data, defect patterns, escalation themes, and customer feedback to identify systemic technical issues.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize serviceability gaps affecting supportability and customer experience.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
Lead cross-functional reviews with Support, Product Management, Engineering and NPI.
Develop executive-readout narratives on impacts and priorities.
