Job summary

The College of Lake County invites applications for a Senior Program Coordinator in the Judicial Services department at the Lakeshore Campus. The role oversees planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of programs such as defensive driving, family parenting, and Victim Impact Panels.

You will schedule courses, recruit instructors, maintain records, ensure compliance, provide accommodations, and coordinate resources across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, databases and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and partners.
• Experience training or onboarding staff and instructors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain course schedules and staffing for Judicial Services programs.
• Maintain records and ensure documentation, certifications, and reports are complete.
• Coordinate instructor compliance and onboarding for adjunct instructors.
• Lead special projects and partnerships to expand programming.
• Provide student guidance, interpreter services, and registration support.
• Oversee on-site coordination for courses and Live Victim Impact Panels.
