Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, databases, reporting systems, and web-based applications.
• Strong organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience providing training, onboarding, or operational support in a professional setting.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain course schedules, coordinate instructor assignments, and ensure adequate staffing for Judicial Services programs.
• Maintain accurate program, classroom, instructor, and participant records, ensuring timely completion of required documentation, certifications, and reports.
• Coordinate instructor compliance with required training, certifications, and continuing education; oversee onboarding and professional development for adjunct instructors.
• Assist with recruitment, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of adjunct instructors.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness through observations and data; prepare reports and recommendations.
