Job summary

Thrive Management Services is seeking a Senior Specialist, Journey Orchestration to hands-on build, test, and deploy automated journeys and campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Marketo Engage. You will translate briefs into high-performing automations while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) or more years in marketing automation or digital campaign deployment.
• Experience with complex segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization logic.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email build and troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy automated journeys and multi-channel campaigns in AJO and Marketo Engage.
• Conduct QA and troubleshooting across lists, logic paths, and rendering tests.
• Collaborate with BI and Analytics to validate data, UTMs, and performance.
• Coordinate with Creative and Content teams to optimize assets for automation and personalization.
• Own end-to-end email build process including layout and QA across devices.
