Job summary

Serco is seeking a Supervisory Specialist to lead the POD contractor team supporting task management, scheduling, in-processing, information management, and document control for the Joint Staff J-7 DDJTE. The role requires maintaining a DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret/SCI access and on-site work in Suffolk, VA.

You will synchronize efforts across divisions, manage the Joint Event Schedule, and ensure timely, accurate staff support while coordinating with government

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing military headquarters staff actions and taskings.
• Hands-on use of ETMS2 and related tools.
• Experience leading personnel and coaching team members.
• Experience coordinating operational schedules and resources across a large organization.
• Advanced proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
• Experience supporting administrative processes including in-processing, badging, and clearance coordination.
• Ability to work effectively with military, civilian, and contractor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assign work to, coach, and assess the POD contractor team.
• Synchronize contractor support across divisions; identify conflicts and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain Joint Event Schedule and long-range planning calendar; coordinate spaces/resources.
• Oversee contractor support to the Joint Staff tasking process using ETMS2 and Planner.
• Supervise knowledge management in SharePoint and Teams; control access and governance.
• Supervise electronic records organization and retention/disposition compliance.
• Coordinate inputs to staffing plans, quality control activities, and transition planning.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for recurring processes and update publications.
• Track team performance, resolve routine issues, elevate risks to deadlines.
