Job summary
Serco seeks a Senior Joint Exercise Information and Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Manager & Integration Specialist to support the Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, VA. This role combines exercise operations with enterprise IM/KM strategy, systems integration, data management, automation, and AI capabilities to design a secure IM/KM framework across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle.
The successful candidate will collaborate with JECGs, planners, and system owners, require a TS clearance with SCI
Qualifications
- Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant Joint ops/IM-KM experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior IM/KM SME supporting Joint exercise design, planning, execution, assessment, and lessons learned across the JELC.
- Develop and maintain JECG IM/KM Plans and ECP IM/KM requirements, defining information exchanges, workflows, and governance.
- Conduct IM/KM capability and gap assessments; map processes; identify data bottlenecks; design integrated environments.
- Evaluate and integrate interoperability across Maven Smart System, VJOC, SharePoint, Donovan, INTELINK, C2IE, Power BI, Teams.
- Assess emerging capabilities (AI/LLMs, APIs, automation) to deliver secure IM/KM solutions; travel as required.
