Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Joint Exercise IM/KM Manager & Integration Specialist to support the Joint Staff J-7 in Suffolk, VA. You will lead IM/KM design, integration, and analytics across JELC, working with JECGs, planners, and technical teams to ensure secure information sharing and interoperability.

The role requires a TS/SCI eligibility, US citizenship, 8+ years of relevant DoD/JELC experience, and strong leadership with a track record in enterprise collaboration tools and data governance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant DoD/JELC experience, or equivalent military/technical background.
• Significant experience supporting Joint military operations, Joint training, Combatant Commands, or Joint Exercise Control Groups.
• DoD IM/KM experience, including annexes, information exchange requirements, and collaboration environments.
• Experience translating requirements across people, processes, and technology into actionable solutions.
• On-site work in Suffolk, VA; no remote work.
• Valid U.S. Passport; ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS (10%).
• Experience with enterprise collaboration systems, information architecture, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior IM/KM SME supporting Joint exercise design, planning, execution, assessment, and lessons learned across JELC.
• Develop and maintain JECG IM/KM Plans and ECP IM/KM requirements, defining information exchanges and workflows.
• Assess IM/KM capability, gap analyses, and data-flow bottlenecks; propose current and future-state recommendations.
• Design, manage, and optimize classified and unclassified IM/KM environments.
• Assess integration of Maven Smart System, VJOC, SharePoint, Donovan, INTELINK, C2IE, Power BI, Teams, and other systems; advise on tool combinations.
• Evaluate AI, LLMs, APIs, automation, and data integration to improve IM/KM and exercise outcomes.
