Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Joint Exercise Information and Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Manager & Integration Specialist in Suffolk, VA. You will lead IM/KM design, integration, and analytics across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle, coordinating with JECGs, DDJTE leadership, and technical teams.

You will apply DoD IM/KM best practices, assess data flows, and drive secure, exportable solutions using Maven, SharePoint, Power BI, and AI-enabled capabilities; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant Joint ops/IM-KM experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Joint military operations and Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• DoD IM/KM experience including annexes and collaboration environments.
• Strong analysis, writing, briefing, and facilitation skills.
• On-site in Suffolk, VA; no remote work.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior IM/KM SME supporting Joint exercise design, planning, execution, assessment, and lessons learned across the JELC.
• Develop and maintain JECG IM/KM Plans and ECP IM/KM requirements, defining information exchanges, workflows, and security.
• Conduct capability and gap assessments; map data flows and interoperability; design action-oriented recommendations.
• Assess integration of Maven Smart System, VJOC, SharePoint, Donovan, INTELINK, C2IE, Power BI, and Teams; advise leadership on tool mix.
