Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Operations Analyst Trainer to join our CJT team in support of the Joint Staff J7 DD JTE in Suffolk, VA. You will train joint and multinational staffs during exercises and SAVs, observe operations, and provide actionable feedback to commanders.

This role requires an active DoW TS clearance with SCI eligibility, US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and at least 5 years of joint operational experience or related certifications.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5 years of joint operational experience or specialized training/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and trainer in cyberspace operations across joint and multinational contexts.
• Integrate into and support the DTLD Fires and Effects Section.
