Job summary
Valiant Integrated Services in Suffolk, Virginia, seeks a Senior Information Management and Knowledge Management (IM/KM) leader to drive enterprise information solutions and executive data products. You will guide KM governance, BI dashboards, COPs, and data visualizations across the Joint Training Enterprise (JTE).

Qualifications
- Five or more years designing and administering Microsoft 365 collaboration and BI solutions.
- Experience implementing enterprise IM and KM strategies, governance, and records management.
- Three or more years administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience designing executive dashboards, KPI dashboards, COPs, and BI visualizations using Power BI.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and briefing skills for senior leaders.
- Willing and able to travel up to 10% of time.
Responsibilities
- Advise on enterprise IM/KM strategies for J-7 DDJTE POD.
- Develop and implement enterprise IM/KM governance, collaboration environments, and metadata.
- Design and maintain enterprise BI solutions, executive dashboards, COPs, and KPI scorecards.
- Integrate data from multiple government systems for enterprise reporting and decision-support.
- Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Capture and disseminate operational knowledge and best practices using AI capabilities.
- Prepare executive briefings and train personnel on Microsoft 365 tools and BI best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure DoD cybersecurity, accessibility, and information governance compliance.
