Qualifications

• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and Agile methodologies; ability to develop BRDs/FRDs and testing plans.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to bridge business and IT with JDE ERP solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate into functional and technical specs.
• Map current and future state processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to evaluate ROI, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Support UAT, create test scenarios, and help maintain project artifacts.
