Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards across manufacturing and distribution processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into effective JD Edwards solutions and keep implementation aligned with company objectives.

The role requires 3+ years with JD Edwards, strong relationship-building, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with manufacturing and/or distribution modules experience.
• Technical understanding of how JDE works with the broader technology environment (config, customization, integrations).
• Proven problem solving to turn complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects with scope, timelines, and priorities on track.
• Strong communication skills for global teams across functions, locations, and levels.
• Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Leadership, and vendors.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency, and measure results via KPIs.
• Design JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team to address business needs and objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users, promoting adoption of JD Edwards enhancements.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, tracking scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain documentation and data quality, ensuring JD Edwards data is accurate and standardized.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new functionality, and industry best practices.
