Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to become the SME for one assigned business process area within our IT ecosystem.

You will manage a global stakeholder matrix and requirements for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, driving enhancements and ensuring stability of our infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to design, test, and implement solutions, while prioritizing business value and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in complex problem solving and business process design
• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for the assigned business process area and related applications
• Lead requirements gathering from global stakeholders and design process changes in JD Edwards environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to test, validate, and launch enhancements
• Assess risks, track progress, and prepare mitigation plans
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system features and provide ongoing process improvement
