Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a Business Analyst for a full-time, hybrid role in Spartanburg, SC.

The candidate will partner with business stakeholders to map processes and translate requirements to IT, with emphasis on JDE ERP modules and related value streams such as Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. Responsibilities include BRD creation, functional specs, requirements traceability, testing support, and delivering data-driven insights to improve operations and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in business analysis or related field.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business and IT to optimize processes.
• Gather requirements and create BRDs and functional specs.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and designs.
• Participate in testing, UAT, and project documentation.
• Analyze data to drive actionable insights and ROI.
