Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 3+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes.

You will work with stakeholders to document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria, while driving improvements and aligning with business goals. You will collaborate with global teams, support user adoption, and lead JD Edwards projects from inception to implementation, delivering measurable business impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business Administration or related field.
• Equivalent work experience considered.
• 3+ years JD Edwards experience required.
• Manufacturing or distribution modules experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a global team.
• Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and document test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Identify process improvements and measure results with meaningful KPIs.
• Design practical JDE solutions with ERP development team.
• Provide hands-on support, training, and user adoption of JD Edwards.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation.
• Continuously seek improvements and best practices.
• Maintain process and user documentation and ensure data quality.
• Stay current with JDE releases and industry practices.
• Support security, compliance, and change management as needed.
• Act as JDE SME across functions and regions to align priorities.
• Deliver measurable business impact and efficiency gains.
