Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC invites an Operational Business Systems Analyst with JD Edwards expertise to join a global manufacturing and engineering environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into JD Edwards solutions, lead projects, and drive process improvements across manufacturing and distribution.

You will support and train users, maintain documentation, and ensure data integrity while keeping up with JD Edwards releases and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Technical understanding of JDE configurations, integrations, and development tools.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope and timelines on track.
• Strong communication with a global team across functions and locations.
• Self-directed and organized, able to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and create actionable solutions.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes in JD Edwards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPIs.
• Design practical JDE solutions with ERP development team to meet business needs.
• Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, tracking scope and timelines.
• Maintain current process and user documentation and ensure data quality.
• Stay current with JDE releases and best practices to add value to the business.
