Qualifications

• 3+ years as ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards
• Strong hands-on JD Edwards knowledge with manufacturing/distribution modules
• Understand ERP within broader tech environment (config, customizations, integrations)
• Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver projects on time and on budget
• Excellent communication across global teams and diverse functions
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs and produce clear requirements, test cases, exceptions and acceptance criteria
• Develop strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning and supply chain processes in JD Edwards context
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and efficiency; measure results with meaningful KPIs
• Collaborate with ERP development team to design practical JD Edwards solutions that meet business needs and objectives
• Provide hands-on support and training to users and drive adoption of new functionality
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, tracking scope, budget, timelines, and quality
• Maintain process and user documentation; ensure JD Edwards data is accurate, consistent and reliable
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new functionality and industry best practices
• Support security, compliance and change management activities related to JD Edwards
