Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst with JD Edwards expertise to collaborate with business stakeholders, understand needs, and translate them into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria for enhancements and new features.

You will own JD Edwards projects, drive process improvements across manufacturing and distribution, ensure data quality, and train users while maintaining documentation and compliance across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, with manufacturing/distribution modules.
• Understanding of JD Edwards within broader tech environment (config, customization, integrations, tools).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex requirements into solutions.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with scope and timelines.
• Strong communication across global teams and diverse functions.
• Ability to build credibility and relationships with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and translate into actionable solutions with documented requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Know the Business: develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, supply chain, and how JDE supports them.
• Drive Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency with KPIs.
• Design JDE Solutions: work with ERP development to design practical JDE solutions addressing business needs.
• Support & Train Users: provide hands-on support and training to maximize JD Edwards adoption.
• Lead JDE Projects: own projects from requirements to implementation, tracking scope, budget, and timelines.
• Maintain Documentation & Data Quality: keep process and user docs current; ensure JD Edwards data quality.
• Stay Current with JDE: monitor releases, new functionality, and industry best practices.
