Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards platform, specifically in accounting or finance.
• Experience with JDE configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Know the business: general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, and daily operations.
• Drive process improvement and measure results with KPIs.
• Design JDE solutions with ERP team to address business needs and align with objectives.
• Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of JD Edwards functionality.
• Lead JDE projects from requirements through implementation while managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain documentation and data quality; ensure JD Edwards data is accurate and standardized.
• Stay current with JDE releases and security/compliance requirements; work with global teams.
