Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Sr. Financial Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards financials and support accounting, finance, and process improvement.

This on-site role partners with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into effective JD Edwards solutions and reliable data. You will drive efficiency, maintain documentation and data quality, stay current with JDE releases, and lead projects from requirements through delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of JD Edwards financial modules experience.
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into JD Edwards solutions.
• Know the Business: manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Drive process improvement and measure KPIs.
• Design JDE solutions with ERP development team to meet business goals.
• Provide user support and train on JD Edwards enhancements.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to delivery.
• Maintain documentation and data quality in JD Edwards.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases and best practices.
• Ensure security and compliance and manage changes.
• Collaborate across Finance, IS, Operations and external vendors.
