Talent With Heart seeks a Sr. Financial Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards for enhanced accounting and finance processes in a global manufacturing environment.

You’ll partner with business stakeholders, translate strategic objectives into practical JD Edwards solutions, and deliver high‑quality improvements. Ideal candidates have 8+ years with JD Edwards financial modules, strong communication, and a proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects from requirements

Qualifications

• 8+ years with JD Edwards financial modules / processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into solutions.
• Know core financial processes: GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, reporting.
• Drive process improvements and measure KPIs for value realisation.
• Design JDE solutions and collaborate with ERP team on practical implementations.
• Provide user support, training, and drive adoption of new JDE functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through delivery, managing scope and timelines.
