Job summary

Your Talent Team in the United States seeks a Sr. Financial Business Systems Analyst to optimize JD Edwards in finance and accounting processes.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into effective JD Edwards solutions, delivering high-quality results through independent problem-solving and strong cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have 8+ years with JD Edwards financial modules, a strong accounting background, and proven ability to drive system

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with JD Edwards financial modules / processes.
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills; able to work independently; high attention to detail.
• Experience with other JD Edwards modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business: understand needs, prioritize requirements, document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Know the business: understand key financial processes (GL, A/P/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, daily accounting operations).
• Drive process improvement: identify opportunities, measure KPIs, enhance JD Edwards utilization.
• Design JDE solutions: evaluate options and design practical solutions with ERP development team.
• Support & training: provide hands-on support, drive adoption of new functionality and enhancements.
• Lead JDE projects: own projects from requirements through implementation with scope, budget, timelines, quality.
• Stay current with JDE: keep up with releases, new functionality, and industry best practices.
• Support security & compliance: ensure JD Edwards processes meet security/regulatory requirements.
• Connect the dots: be JDE SME for finance across global teams.
• Deliver business impact: enable growth, improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
