Essenti Talent in the United States is seeking a JD Edwards Financials Analyst to optimize JD Edwards to support evolving business needs across accounting and finance. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into effective solutions and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the JD Edwards platform, specifically in accounting or finance.
• Experience with JDE configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects while keeping scope, timelines, and priorities on track.
• Excellent communication with a global team across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business: work with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into solutions.
• Know the Business: understand GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting and daily operations.
• Drive Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPIs.
• Design JDE Solutions: collaborate with ERP development to design practical JDE solutions.
• Support & Train Users: provide hands-on support and drive adoption of JD Edwards features.
• Lead JDE Projects: own projects from requirements through implementation and tracking.
• Maintain Documentation & Data Quality: keep docs current and maintain data accuracy and standardization.
• Stay Current with JDE: monitor releases and best practices for value adds.
• Support Security & Compliance: ensure processes meet security, regulatory, and change management needs.
• Connect the Dots: act as JDE finance SME across Global IS and business teams.
• Deliver Business Impact: enable growth and improve efficiency through JD Edwards.
