Job Juncture is seeking an Sr. Business Systems Analyst specializing in JD Edwards Financials (E1) to optimize JD Edwards for accounting, finance, and process improvement.

You will partner with business stakeholders, translate strategic objectives into effective JD Edwards solutions, and drive high‑quality delivery with strong collaboration and independent problem solving. Ideal candidates have 8+ years with JD Edwards financial modules, strong relationship building, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills with an ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail to ensure quality of delivery.
• Education aligned with accounting/finance or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into solutions.
• Understand key financial processes: general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, decision-making, system utilization, and efficiency.
• Evaluate JD Edwards options and design practical solutions with ERP development teams.
• Provide hands-on support and training to drive adoption of JD Edwards features.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope and timelines.
• Maintain documentation and data quality for JD Edwards processes.
