Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking an experienced Software & Applications Manager to lead development, integration, and support of enterprise applications in a manufacturing setting. You will manage a multidisciplinary team delivering technology solutions that boost efficiency, performance, and user experience.

You will align applications with business priorities, drive modernization, and partner with IT, OT, and data science teams to enable data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–15 years of software development, enterprise applications, or application management.
• At least 3 years IT/software management experience leading teams of five+.
• Software development with .NET and/or JavaScript.
• Experience managing JD Edwards ERP.
• Experience leading software development using Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Secure software development practices.
• Collaboration with data science teams on analytics and automation.
• Strong PM, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software developers, business analysts, product owners, and architects.
• Oversee development, integration, and support of ERP and enterprise apps.
• Set objectives, performance expectations, development plans, and succession plans.
• Manage budgets, external resources, and technology investments.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee JD Edwards ERP applications, system integrations, and related apps.
• Partner with manufacturing and business leaders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Develop roadmaps and prioritize enhancements based on business value.
• Guide architecture, modernization, and tech selection; collaborate with data science teams.
• Direct software development using Agile, manage schedules and risks, drive delivery.
• Provide technical direction on complex challenges and SDLC practices.
• Advance CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation; coordinate external vendors.
