RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes. The role is on-site in Shelby Township or Westland, MI, with weekly travel between locations and relocation assistance for non-local USA candidates.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria, while guiding JDE projects from planning to implementation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar supporting JD Edwards.
• Strong knowledge of JD Edwards manufacturing/distribution modules.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business or related field; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable solutions; document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop deep understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, production planning, and supply chain processes; map how JD Edwards supports them.
• Drive process improvement and measure value through meaningful KPIs; design practical JDE solutions with the ERP team.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users; drive adoption of new JD Edwards functionality and enhancements.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, tracking scope, budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain documentation and data quality; stay current with JDE releases and best practices.
• Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and change management within JD Edwards processes.
