Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 8+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes. This on-site role is based in Shelby Township or Westland, MI, with weekly travel between locations.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases, and you’ll lead JDE projects from scope to delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with JD Edwards and related ERP systems.
Experience communicating business needs to technical teams.
Ability to translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs.
Document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
Understand manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes.
Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development teams.
Provide user support and drive adoption of new JD Edwards functionality.
